Specialty Watercraft Charity Poker Run Rules

 

The Specialty Watercraft Charity Poker Run is not a race you have ample time to

complete the course and return your hand(s) to the table at Paradise Park. So relax

and enjoy yourself. The Poker Run is open to anyone 18 years or older. Under 18

must be accompanied by an adult rider.  One entry per person

The Poker Run entry forms will be available at Specialty Watercraft 152 Bridge Rd

You may purchase additional hands for $20.00 per hand, max of 5 hands per player. 

Cards will be available for selection at the designated stops.  Registration Forms

must be turned in to Specialty Watercraft or the registration table at Paradise

Park on Sat., June 18th by 11:00AM. PRE-REGISTRATION IS STRONGLY

ENCOURAGED! Tally sheet and map to the first stop for all participants must

be picked up at the registration table in Paradise Park between 9:00AM &

11:00AM on June 26th. The route will take you to West Palm Beach for your

first stop and the last stop will be in Hobe Sound. You must visit the stops

personally and select the cards yourself.  The card will be verified and recorded by

the attendant who will then sign and/or stamp your tally sheet.  The card itself will

be returned to the deck.  After your tally sheet has been marked the attendant will

give you a map to the next stop. Participants must visit all 7 stops.  Participants

will select one card at each stop. No duplicate cards can be used. Participants

must draw an additional card if an identical card has been drawn.  (Example: Ace of

Spades is drawn at 1st stop and again at 3rd stop, participant will need to

select another card at the 3rd stop.) On the completed tally sheet, the player

will circle the 5 cards to be considered and the remaining cards do not play any

part in the ranking. In case of a tie participants will cut a deck of cards with the

high card being the winner.  All decisions by the judges are final.

All hands must be turned in to the registration table by 4:30PM

Wins $75.00 Worst poker **hand wins $50.00   There will be two $25.00

consolation prizes given, as determined by a random drawing from all remaining

entries.
